Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY A $25 ,$50 or $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit goes toward your total. Remaining balance is due the day of your appointment (cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay accepted). ⏰ Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. 🚫 NO CALL / NO SHOW = NO Future Appointment 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair must be clean, detangled, and blow-dried before your appointment. 👩🏽‍🔧 No extra guests unless approved. ❌ No refunds. If there is an issue, you must notify me within 48 hours for correction. 📅 Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to trans We understand that life happens; however, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
